Excellent banh cuon and very consistent. Also, this is one of the few places that I can ask for less condensed milk in the ca phe sua da, since for my taste, the default sweetness level almost everywhere just seems too sweet. They use a traditional phin filter for brewing each serving, rather than pouring from a pre-mixed brew like many other places.
One of the best and freshest Banh Cuon place I have ever been! It literally melt in your mouth.
The staff are friendly and fast. I love banh cuon with shredded pork. Their fish sauce is not too salty, works great with the dish. I recommend trying that other than pho though.
Lived in OC all my life and thought I’ve been to all the restaurants here. But today was an eye opener. It’s a Pho restaurant but has the best banh cuon in town. Made fresh and puts all the other banh cuon restaurant to shame.

Banh cuon was top notch, the restaurant's reputation speaks for itself in the authentic taste of its food.
It's call a pho place, but a majority of customer, including ourselves go there for banh cuon, rice crepes with pork or w/o and they are delicious. In fact this is the togo place whenever we have Vietnamese guest from San Jose come to visit. It's that good or authentic like something you would tasted in Vietnam
